Summary:
If i found another MS650 at reduced price i would not hesitate in buying.
Strengths:
My saw was on clearance price b/c it was a screw gas cap model and priced less than MS460. With a 28'' bar i see no differance from MS660. Starting could not be any easier. Switch start to warm weather or cold weather. Pull could and it starts.
Weaknesses:
No case is made by sthil that fits MS650 or MS660. I had to by a ECHO zipper case. This works well but plastic bar cover stick out nose of case about 6 inches. I like the echo case. I thought design was well thought out. Compartments for bar oil, extra chain and tools are large enough.
