Great saw!!!
Strengths:
This is a great saw...camparable to a Stihl MS361. The Stihl is a smoother running saw; however, the Jonsered tachs and has a very high powerband. Overall, I am very pleased, especially when it was close to $100 less than the Stihl.
Weaknesses:
Slightly more vibration than a Stihl MS361 but not bad. Weak dealer network, fortunately I have 2 local dealers.

Summary:
A great saw and good for firewood cutting or felling and bucking trees.
Strengths:
A lot of power and speed for its size. It also is very well balanced compared to other saws of its class.
Weaknesses:
It is harder to work on than the Stihls, and is louder.

I love it it has never let me down.
Strengths:
Very powerful smooth running saw. My dad has a stihl ms310 and my 2159 has better power and is not as loud
Weaknesses:
doesent start as good as a stihl

Summary:
buy one my sun has run mine over with are quad. it has bin threw it all and it payed for my 2171 with the haeted handels and carb plus made a me a load of money .it is a bad saw . you will stop before she will.
Strengths:
it is a grate saw it is not a toy. there is no viberation. i cant say enuoht abought this saw. but there is no big boure kit for this saw
Weaknesses:
do not run caster oil it will gum up the rings

Summary:
a good summertime saw. it needs to be warm to start. in cool weather, plan on bringing it inside the house to warm up first. and i don't even bother to try to start this saw in the winter anymore, i just use a different saw.
Strengths:
narrow motor, good handle layout, nicely balanced. i even carved a totem pole with mine.
Weaknesses:
very, VERY hard to start.
