Summary:
not to bad if would make some minor ajustments and over look small things such as these.
Strengths:
power to weight raito
Weaknesses:
small problems turn into big ones. such as screws falling out of exhaust and oil pump problems. screws need to be longer in the exhaust to thread into the cylinder walls.

Summary:
Learned an expensive lesson, whish the saw was a little more robust.
Strengths:
Good power to weight easy to work on.
Weaknesses:
Blew mine up. Based of review of the carnage looks like this saw cannot survive on 89 octane E10 fuel. Be very picky on what you run for fuel. The shop had another one on the bench that had met the same fate. I guess the users manual now call for 92 octane but mine suggested 89.

Summary:
it is unreliable if when back in the woods the bolts fall out after an hour of use....and then strip......was going to buy several more for our group but can't be sure fix will work - saw still in the shop......no info...
Strengths:
powerful engine - air filter design good - less cleaning
dealer trying to accomodate best they can outside warranty period for repeat problem
Weaknesses:
bolts fall out and no fix is available as engine block is not designed to hold bolts tightly like my 30 year old homelite Hardened bolts pop out and hard to find/replace - cost $2.50 each threads strip and now require special threadserts retrofix to cost $60. WOW last time told best bet was to replace whole cylinder for $257
Is this a disposable saw? What accessories? Not a big lineup there.
Jonsered online not too responsive and maybe even rude CAPITAL LETTERS IN ALL MESSAGES
Looks like I need to use high test gas now too? No warranty notice about that or any notice for that matter....poor follow up on Jonsered's part...owned by Electrolux Vacuum Cleaners?

Summary:
This is a well engineered saw and the engineers should be commended for it. The will last a long time if its taken care of and regular maintenance is performed.
Strengths:
Better than any of the mid range stihl saws, especially when it comes to construction. With the exclusion of the ms 260. The jonsered cs 2152c features a magnesium crankcase that is of the split case design for exceptional durability, low weight, and easier rebuilding, if it ever needs it, which it most likely won't. Maintenance is a snap on this saw. Remove the clamps holding the shroud to access the air filter and spark plug. Cleaning the cylinder fins on this saw is easier than cleaning the fins on somes saws I know, such as the stihl ms 290, ms 310 and the ms 390, as well as some of stihl's homeowner saws. The turbo air cleaning greatly lengthens the time between air filter cleanings. Jonsered also prefers to use steel coil anti vibration mounts as apposed to rubber ones. The benefits, much lower vibration levels tranmitted to the operators hands, not to mention they last longer. The cs 2152c is well balanced saw and is easy to handle. The power to weight ratio is also good on this saw.
Weaknesses:
None, this is a pro saw. The quality of this saw justifies the price.

Summary:
100% would buy another
Strengths:
this saw has blown me away. I have been on several wood cutting trips with different friends, most of which run stihl saws, and have been kickin butt. The last trip was with a frind and his dad who both had stihl 444's with 24 inch bars. They couldn't keep up with those tanks. I have been talkin this saw up since the first weekend I used it. I would buy another one for sure.
Weaknesses:
Had to go back to the shop to have the fuel tank breather drilled out. I had some trouble starting after refueling. That's the only issue so far.

Summary:
Jonsored has some major issues with oilers that they need to address and the dealers don't represent the company well at all. I'm done with Jonsored, I'm going back to Stihl, Dad had an 032 that ran for 20 years
Strengths:
Light but powerful for home use, saw body narrow so easy to manuver
Weaknesses:
Leaked bar and chain oil consistently, dealer tried to fix but could not, dealer would not take saw back and I paid over $400 for it
