if u have plenty of $ it's a good saw but i would recomend a husky 460 rancher i'm geting one in january het a free axe,shirt hat al together it's only $389.99

very fast quick saw,good power 2 weight ratio,large gas tank, very good saw but it will need a slight mod

Summary:
Had a 455 Rancher for 2 years before I bought this one, ended up not using my rancher hardly at all, this is a great saw for firewood and smaller jobs. To me the XP is well worth the money.
Strengths:
super high reving saw, light weight, great for smaller trees and limbing
Weaknesses:
a little low on torq

I have a 385xp,570,357xp,455 all wonderfull saws would not buy a346xp for half price.
Strengths:
over priced save your money and buy a 455 or a 460 ,346xp is very over rated.

I would buy one again without a dought it makes work easy.
Strengths:
Great saw this thing will out cut my 455 no problem.Its a fast cutter runs smooth and starts easy,my 455 is a bear to fire up.

I havent found one its a great saw

When my first 346 got to be 8 years old I bought a second one. Their both cutting find today!
Strengths:
It's a Husky XP low weight and high RPM!
Takes well to mods too!
Comes in a Red and Black edition too! the 2153!
Weaknesses:
Laminated junk bar stock!
Silver clutch cover, what were they thinking!
