Summary:
I used to like Sears products but this is my second bad experience with lawn care equipment. The first was a Craftsman lawn mower that leaked oil.
Strengths:
None
Weaknesses:
Cylinder head loosened after one year - had to take it all apart to re-tightened.
Now the carburetor is plugged or dirty dispite proper maintenance. Not getting any gas - won't start. New carb is $27.00. I have to think about a replacement part or just replace the unit with something else.

Summary:
Craftsman tools quality level is declining. This one just quit on me again. I'm tired of constantly fighting to keep it running. I'm going to shell out the extra bucks for a Stihl this time.
Strengths:
None
Weaknesses:
Carburetor is unreliable. I've had issues with power and starting since the second season.
The cylinder head has vibrated loose twice. Both times I had to disassemble the entire blower to repair it.
Loud. My neighbors claim I own the worlds loudest leaf blower. A slight exaggeration, but not by too much.

Summary:
Finding out this unit has proved to be trouble for many consumers.
Would think twice about putting more money into this blower or ever buying one again.
Strengths:
First year ran and started like a champ. Started right up every time.
Weaknesses:
Second year cold starts became more troublesome and eventually it wouldn't start. drained gas tank and added fresh gas. Replaced spark plug, carberator, and air filter. Compression check OK,. Carb was not pulling gas.
